National Feed Coordination Service

Do you need help sourcing supplementary feed or grazing to help you get through the coming months?

The National Feed Coordination Service has been activated by the Ministry of Primary Industries (MPI) to support farmers sourcing feed, priority areas are those affected by recent flooding and drought conditions. 

Federated Farmers, Beef+Lamb NZ and DairyNZ support activation of the service with Federated Farmers contracted to deliver the service. The service is essentially a feed matching service connecting willing buyers and willing sellers – like a dating service, but for feed.

Funding to operate this service has come from thre Ministry of Primary Industries (MPI)

NOTE: The Feed Coordination Service does not offer to organise transport.
