Take Time to Thrive without feeling guilty

Take Time to Thrive without feeling guilty

With Loshni Manikam

Published on Thursday, September 24, 2020

As a farming woman, we know that it can be challenging to find the time to do the things that help you thrive - without feeling guilty. So, we are delighted to bring you a series of Workshops around the country to help inspire and motivate you to start taking action towards thriving.

Facilitator Loshni Manikam, who is also a farming woman and a mum of 3 sometimes-lovely children, has set-up Thriving Farming Women to help other women identify and overcome the hurdles that get in the way of them thriving.

Loshni has overcome some of the same hurdles herself and loves sharing the lessons she has learnt along the way. She is a trained coach and facilitator whose work resulted in her being awarded the title of Fonterra Dairy Women of the Year 2018.

Loshni’s style of honesty, positivity and humour means that you will leave this workshop having laughed at least once, learnt something new and realised that you are not alone in the way you feel and think – there are so many other farming women just like you!

This collaborative initiative is proudly brought to you by Rural Support Trust, Rural Women NZ, the Ministry of Health and Thriving Farming Women, because we understand the positive ripple-impact it can have on you, your family, and your farming business when you thrive.

Book now, do not miss out on this free workshop https://www.trybooking.com/nz/book/search?keyword=thrive
