To help they have provided some advice:

๐Ÿ‘‰ To help ensure we get to our most vulnerable clients, if you have a non-urgent claim, you can lodge it via here or FMG Connect

๐Ÿ‘‰ Please take a safety-first approach when surveying damage around your property, particularly when walking through flood waters

๐Ÿ‘‰ You can dispose of fully flooded property, such as carpets.

๐Ÿ‘‰ You can also make emergency repairs such as making a property watertight.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Please take photos of the damage before hand – and overall, please take as many photos as possible of damaged items to support your claim
