Insurance Advice from FMG post Cyclone Gabrielle

FMG is ready to support you with your claim

From everyone at FMG, our thoughts are with those who have been affected by Cyclone Gabrielle.

FMG know many people are beginning to turn their heads to assessing damage and making a claim.

To help they have provided some advice:

๐Ÿ‘‰ If you have an urgent claim, or with immediate needs please call us on 0800 366 466

๐Ÿ‘‰ To help ensure we get to our most vulnerable clients, if you have a non-urgent claim, you can lodge it via here or FMG Connect

๐Ÿ‘‰ Please take a safety-first approach when surveying damage around your property, particularly when walking through flood waters

๐Ÿ‘‰ You can dispose of fully flooded property, such as carpets.

๐Ÿ‘‰ You can also make emergency repairs such as making a property watertight.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Please take photos of the damage before hand – and overall, please take as many photos as possible of damaged items to support your claim
