Grow Us Well - Workshop 3 - Toolbox to Perform Better, Grow Resilience & Build Purpose, Otautau, Southland

Tuesday 25 June | Otautau Combined Sports Complex | 11.00am - 2.00pm

Grow Us Well is a new joint venture between the Southland Rural Support Trust and Live Me Well targeted at men to build their physical and mental fitness, and we are starting in Western Southland and will be delivering more skills and strategies to men in this area. It is open to all Southland rural farming men.

Three workshops are scheduled to start on Tuesday 14 March until Tuesday 4 June. We encourage people to attend all three but attending one is better than none!

This is a great opportunity to get off farm, learn more on how to grow yourself, your mates and workmates as well as have a bit of fun and a good feed.
