Rukuhia Open Day -Pioneer

We will be discussing a range of topics including, new hybrids and their characteristics; fertiliser management for maize; Fall Armyworm and its potential impact and the effect of tillage methods on soil characteristics, yield and the environment.

The Rukuhia Open Day is this coming Friday, March 10th at the Rukuhia Research Station (enter via end of Middle Road, Hamilton 3282). We will be discussing a range of topics including, new hybrids and their characteristics; fertiliser management for maize; Fall Armyworm and its potential impact and the effect of tillage methods on soil characteristics, yield and the environment.

The Rural Support Trust will be onsite throughout the day. Feel free to catch up with the team to see what they have to offer.
