Fundraising Event for the National Rural Support Trust - Te akau, Waikato

Bars open, Food for sale, Cricket to watch, live band to listen to, and a Auction to join, what more could you want.

In response to the recent weather events a group of amazing Te Akau locals have teamed up to host an epic fundraising event where all proceeds will be going to the National Rural Support Trust.

We have chosen this charity who do not take any admin fees because the money we raise will be placed with Rural farmers and families in need.

We are very excited to bring to you a LIVE BAND Trav's Palace who are generously donating their time to play for us! They will be located outside on the polo field, hopefully on a truck so please bring something to sit on and your grass appropriate dancing shoes!

We will have one bar inside and one bar outside. Please bring cash for the gate charge $50 per car load or $20 per person. Kids under 12years free (this goes 100% to charity). You will also need cash for the bar outside.

Dinner will be served at $10 per head or a selection of your usual hot chips, sausages, pies will be available throughout the event to purchase from the kitchen. (All proceeds on food will go to the charity and we are working on generous donations to help this be as much money as possible for them).

We will have an auction held during the event to auction off some generous donations with all takings going to charity.

There will be a cricket match taking place to watch and an area set up for our littlest supporters.
