An event held in recognition of International Rural Women’s Day and following Mental Health Awareness Week. The aim is to create as safe, empowering space for women to pause, connect, and gain a few simple, practical tools for looking after ourselves and those around us.

They will be sharing real stories, reflections, and tools around:
💚 Shifting your attention– noticing thoughts, reframing, and practising gratitude
💚 Creating your own “Proud List” to lift confidence and celebrate progress
💚 Building connection, friendship, and community support
💚 Reflecting on resilience – and the tools and habits that help us through challenge
