Rural Support Trust is available when you want to chat to someone – whether it’s about your employment situation or your wellbeing.

The Rural Employee Support Hub can provide legal information to help you navigate your next steps when you are experiencing challenging employment situations.

9 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday

How it works.

Give us a call

Reach out to us on our freephone number for an always 100% confidential chat. Our phone operators are trained professionals living in rural communities, who understand the challenges of rural living. They will triage your call and set you up with a face-to-face meeting with one of our team, at a location of your choice.

We'll come to your place

One of our facilitators will come to meet you at your place to assess the challenges you are facing. Based on this assessment we’ll be able to help you to get the immediate support you need, from the agencies involved in the response and recovery.

We'll connect you with needs based support

We’ll use our extensive local community connections to get you the on-going help you need to get your farming operation back on track. Whether it’s on-farm help to get back up and running, or financial, business or health-related support, we’ll be with you each step of the way.
