Join us for 3 Steps for Life, a hands-on Hato Hone St John community workshop designed to empower you with the confidence and skills to save a life. In just one session, you’ll learn how to take decisive action in an emergency - calling 111, performing effective CPR, and using an AED.

These are simple, practical steps that anyone can learn, and they can make all the difference if someone in your community experiences a cardiac arrest. Come along, build your confidence, and become someone who can step forward when it matters most.
