Doors open at 6.15pm for light snacks and mingling; the event starts at 7.00pm. Cash bar available.

There is to be no commercial or personal photography or filming. This is a closed event, and media attendance is not permitted. Media enquiries, including pre-event coverage, post-event comment and requests for approved photos, are welcome via the Rural Support Trust.

Parking: You will find free parking for visitors to Waitangi Treaty Grounds right outside the main entrance. Additional parking is available on Tau Henare Drive. Accessible car parking is available in the main car park, closest to the main entrance. If you require mobility support from the car park, there are wheelchairs available for use.
