Farmers around the country are trading paddocks for pedals with Rural Riders, a weekly bike ride that’s more about being around mates than racking up mileage.

What started as one man and a poster (massive shoutout to Hamish Clausen) has grown into a nationwide movement helping farmers hit pause on the grind, clear their heads, and maybe even work up a bit of a lycra tan.

It’s all about getting outside, catching up, and reminding yourself there’s life beyond the fenceline.
